The Blackman & White Zebra Cut CAD / CAM software is a dedicated and easy-to-use interface that provides the user with control over all of their Blackman and White cutting system operations. 

The design and editing functionality integrates with the Zebra Cut Nesting software, featuring powerful advanced nesting technology that generates and optimises the cut files to be used by the cutting machine. 

Zebra Cut includes specialised tools for accurate, last-minute editing of files as well as a range of customisable material and process presets to help streamline your cutting operations.

Through constant monitoring of the cutting machine, Zebra Cut is able to intelligently and automatically optimise parameters such as speeds, depths and cut paths.

With ultimate control over the cutting machine at the user's fingertips, superior efficiency and quality of cut parts is assured.

Every new cutting machine PC has remote support software installed, which enables diagnostics of the machine to be inspected by engineers over the internet. Using remote support the majority of issues can be resolved; meaning downtime of the machine is kept to a minimum, therefore avoiding the need for engineer visits and prolonged disruption to production.
